Network Support
Our network support agreements provide a fast response for experienced engineers to identify network issues and determine the best way to resolve matters promptly.
Loan hardware including chassis, Gigabit & PoE switches and wireless products is implemented to optimise system availability.
The engineers then work with the manufacturer for warranty returns, then arranging to fit the replacement at the best time.
Our support agreements are available at a competitive rate, although we will offer a fast response without a contract subject to charges for the initial and associated subsequent visits.
