Reference

Topological were originally selected to replace the Schools ageing CCTV system which comprised of 20 coaxial cameras.

Topological excelled when it came to understanding the Schools requirements, designing a plan, engaging with pre-install site visits and especially with the installation which was carried out to a very high standard.

Training and setup in the operation of the system was thorough and easy to understand.

The initial project was so successful that our school now has over 100 cameras across the site that are an essential part of everyday working practices in particular for the pastoral, behavioural and safeguarding teams.

Project(s) Summary

Consultation to first project

We have worked with Upton-by-Chester High School for a variety of networking and audio-visual projects, prior to offering loan CCTV hardware to illustrate the capabilities of an IP based solution when discovering their issues with the coaxial system.

The initial test was so successful budget was made available for an initial system with 15 cameras, to work alongside the existing system.

Gradual growth

The new system was so successful additional cameras have been added over many projects.

We work with the school to determine what views are required, recommending cameras and implementing the new cameras quickly and effectively.

HD and 4K

The client now has two NVRs supporting over 100 cameras providing HD and some 4K images.

The future…

We work with the client on a regular basis assisting with network developments, access control and audio-visual projects.
