inVentry Evac App
With inVentry, you are aware of who is on your premises at all times.
In the event of a drill or fire evacuation, the free Fire Evac app allows authorised users to access a real time copy of everyone who is on-site from any mobile device.
The app can be opened on as many devices as needed, at unlimited emergency muster points.
This system will also sync in real time when connected to the internet, so we recommend phones using 3G/4G technology rather than tablets linked to your school/college wireless.
This enables leading staff members to have an accurate log of who has been checked off and registered, even displaying students’ photos for ease of use.
Print directly from your management console
You can also print a list of who is on site directly from your inVentry console that gives you an up-to the minute list of who is on-site for you to manually check off staff, visitors and students.
We recommend the Evac App, as during an emergency, when you have no electrical supply, you will not have access to your printers.
