Topological Limited was the first approved reseller for inVentry, implementing the initial touch screen, visitor management system for St Mary’s Catholic High School during March 2010.

At the demo, St Mary's Catholic High School were so impressed by the efficiency of the system and recognised the benefits that the console would have on their management tasks, that they ordered it for immediate delivery.
As inVentry was developed and the functionality enhanced, the majority of new features were supported without charge, as part of the maintenance contract. These included changes to the management console, staff management (time cards) and a single record for CRBs.
The enthusiasm of the reception staff was noticed by local schools and colleges when they attended meetings or training sessions. These referrals resulted in the purchase of inVentry solutions from Topological Limited by several local schools including St Andrew’s CE Primary School, Fred Longworth High School, Manchester Communication Academy and more recently Rainhill High School.
St Andrew’s CE Primary School
St Andrew’s CE Primary School discovered inVentry at St Mary’s Catholic High School and were further impressed when the demo illustrated the options available for the management console. Their system was fitted in July 2011 and they also added the SIMS Integration module when this was released.
Due to the enthusiasm of St Andrew’s CE Primary School, more local high schools and primary schools have purchased the inVentry visitor management system following a free no obligation demonstration.
All referrals that results in an order for the inVentry visitor management system being placed with Topological Limited are rewarded.
This may be provided as label rolls or discounted renewals for inVentry (such as the help-desk maintenance, Anywhere or the SIMs/Integris integration module), or something completely different!
