These contracts may include loan hardware and assistance to obtain replacement if the items are covered by a manufacturer’s warranty. The engineer will return to configure and implement the replacement units and ensure the system is operating successfully.
Typically the engineer will arrive within 4 hours for urgent issues, within 8 hours for less serious issues, or at a later date (by agreement) if the issue does not require immediate attention.
